ADULTING 101 - December 13, 2025
Adulting doesn’t come with an instruction manual… so we made one.
Adulting 101 is a one-day, interactive workshop for teens (age 15-19) who want to explore who they are and how to survive in the real world. Transitioning into adulthood can feel overwhelming. This workshop blends skill-building, reflection, and fun to help teens navigate life with confidence. Through hands-on activities, real-talk conversations, and plenty of fun, participants will:
Explore strengths + interests with interactive career games
Practice budgeting + money management with real-world scenarios
Develop communication + self-advocacy skills
Learn tools for self-care and stress management
Build healthier boundaries in friendships, dating, and work
Leave with a personalized Adulting Starter Kit full of practical resources
No boring lectures. Just real tools, real conversations, and a few laughs along the way.
This is a supportive, activity-based space where teens connect with peers, learn from curveballs, learn practical skills, and leave feeling more prepared (and less alone) in the transition to adulthood.
What’s included: All supplies, lunch & snacks, and a take-home “Adulting Starter Kit”
