Sale Price: $275.00 Original Price: $325.00

Where: Courtyard Marriott, 600 Airport Rd, Medford, OR 97504

Includes all activities, materials, lunch & snacks, optional parent session, and take-home comfort kit.

Youth grief is often overlooked, under-resourced, and misunderstood. This workshop offers a safe and creative space for teens to express, connect, and learn practical coping skills.

Grief is messy. Teens rarely get a space where their grief isn’t rushed, minimized, or sanitized into a life lesson, which is why our workshops offer spaces where grief is met with honesty, creativity, and connection - not pity, platitudes, or pressure.

This one-day youth grief camp is a heart-centered and restorative space for teens (13–18) navigating loss of any kind - death of a loved one, divorce, friendship changes, moves, even the loss of a dream.

Our approach blends creative expression, peer connection, movement, and quiet reflection. No toxic positivity. No “move on” speeches. Just real conversation, education, and activities that help make sense of complicated emotions, and a supportive group of peers and trained facilitators who get it.

Optional parent/guardian session is offered in the afternoon to support caregivers in walking alongside a grieving teen.

Space is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. The entirety of the guided workshop and breakout sessions are led by a skilled team of licensed therapists & grief specialists.

By the end of the day, participants will:

  • Feel less alone in their grief and more connected to peers who understand.

  • Learn practical coping tools they can actually use in real life (breathing techniques, journaling prompts, creative outlets).

  • Experience safe emotional expression without judgment.

  • Gain language for talking about grief with friends, family, and teachers.

  • Leave with a small, tangible "comfort kit" they’ve built themselves.

Parents/guardians who attend the optional session will:

  • Understand the unique ways grief shows up in teens.

  • Learn supportive communication strategies.

IMPORTANT: If you’re registering more than one participant, please complete a separate registration for each person and add it to your cart. Each participant needs their own form. Thanks for helping us keep everything organized!
