A One-Day Workshop to Help Your Teen Feel Powerful, Safe, and 100% Themselves
Being a teen today can suck sometimes - between peer pressure, social media, and figuring out where they fit in, it’s no wonder so many struggle with confidence, messy relationships, and boundaries.
That’s why we created the "Strong, Safe, and Unstoppable" Workshop, a safe, affirming, one-day retreat designed to help teen girls and LGBTQ+ youth ages 13-18 build self-confidence, set healthy boundaries, recognize manipulation, and trust their own voices.
Through interactive activities, real talk, and hands-on tools, teens will walk away feeling stronger, safer, and more connected to themselves and their peers. In just one day, your teen will practice:
Setting healthy boundaries
Recognizing manipulation and pressure
Saying no without guilt
Spotting red flags before they turn into drama
Building real confidence (not fake-it-till-you-make-it vibes)
Creating safety in relationships
Leave feeling strong, safe, and supported
They’ll also walk away with new tools for resilience and a community of supportive peers.
